Why can't I find my subscription in the App Store or Play Store?

This can happen for a few reasons:

  • You’re signed into a different Apple ID or Google account than the one used for purchase
  • Your subscription was purchased on the Web (not through the app stores)
  • The subscription has already been canceled or expired
