Answers to the most common questions about BitePal subscriptions, billing, and your account.

BitePal offers auto-renewing subscriptions, meaning your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period.

Your subscription is charged at the beginning of each cycle and will continue until you cancel it.

Yes, all BitePal subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel them in advance.

Your subscription can be canceled at any time via one of the following methods:

For iOS (App Store):
  • Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
  • Tap your name at the top, then select Subscriptions
  • Find the BitePal subscription in the list
  • Tap it and select Cancel Subscription
  • Confirm your cancellation
For Android (Google Play Store):
  • Open the Google Play Store app
  • Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner
  • Go to Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions
  • Find the BitePal subscription
  • Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the steps
If your purchase was made via the Web:
  • Go to Settings
  • Tap Manage Subscription
  • Select Cancel Subscription

If you can't find your subscription, please check if you purchased a lifetime plan.

This usually happens if:

  • You're logged into a different account
  • Your subscription was purchased on another platform (iOS, Android, or Web)
  • Your subscription has expired

Make sure you're using the same account and platform used for the purchase.

This may happen if:

  • You purchased an additional product or upgrade. The charges may reflect two separate purchases:
    • one for the Custom Meal Plan and Vitamin Guide, and
    • one for the BitePal app subscription
  • You may also have multiple active subscriptions on different platforms (Web, App Store or Google Play)

Please note that subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the billing date.

Please note that deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

You need to cancel your subscription manually through the App Store or Google Play. If your purchase was made via the web, you can cancel it directly in the app or contact us at [email protected] and include your invoice.

Refund eligibility depends on where you purchased your subscription:

  • App Store / Google Play: Request within 2 days of purchase
  • Website: Request within 30 days and meet usage requirements
  • Renewals: Request within 48 hours if there is no activity after renewal

  • Log in using the same account you used for your purchase

Your PRO access will activate automatically once you're logged in.
