How can I cancel my subscription?

If your purchase was made through the App Store or Google Play, please follow the instructions below:

For iOS (App Store):

• Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
• Tap your name at the top, then select Subscriptions
• Find the BitePal subscription in the list
• Tap it and select Cancel Subscription
• Confirm your cancellation

For Android (Google Play Store):

• Open the Google Play Store app
• Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner
• Go to Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions
• Find the BitePal subscription
• Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the steps

If your purchase was made via the Web:

• Go to Settings
• Tap Manage Subscription
• Select Cancel Subscription If you can’t find your subscription, please check if you purchased a lifetime plan.
