Why was I charged an additional subscription?

This may happen if:

  • You purchased an additional product or upgrade. The charges may reflect two separate purchases:
    • one for the Custom Meal Plan and Vitamin Guide, and
    • one for the BitePal app subscription
  • You may also have multiple active subscriptions on different platforms (Web, App Store or Google Play) Please note that subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the billing date.
